Meet Randa

get to know me!

Hi! I’m Randa, an LA-based brand strategist. I help people and organizations develop and improve their brand stories with consistent and effective messaging. I work with my clients to help them understand the intersection of communication and technology through the analysis and creation of engaging digital content.

I am also the co-creator and co-host of Opportunity Unknown, a podcast dedicated to providing practical tips for job seekers. The podcast focuses on topics such as resume building, informational/job interviews, personal branding and the application process. My work on the podcast has allowed me to mentor and coach students and recent grads to help them understand what they want out of their careers and find their next job.

I have a master’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Organizational & Strategic Corporate Communications and Marketing from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC and a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Integrated Media and Public Relations from Biola University.

My past work experience spans from nonprofit to corporate, working for organizations such as The Boys & Girls Club of the Foothills, USC, Chevron Corporation Inc., American Honda Inc., BBDO SF, and more. I currently work at one of the top tech companies in the world.

Personally, I love to write content about the intersections of faith, work, and pain. On any given evening, you can find me watching Frasier, the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice, performing karaoke (specifically belting out Tevin Campbel’s "Can We Talk”) into a kitchen spoon, or FaceTiming my family.
